Well, as this was the first TACC Kiltwalk we hoped to have at around 100 walkers with us on the day –in the end nearly 400 joined us.
Everyone was welcome, not just “Tartan Army”, and kilts were not compulsory - although it was a spectacular sight with most walkers wearing kilts on the day. We had a perfect mixture of men, women, old and young. Scotland supporters, family and friends..
We’re also hoping to have several groups and TA clubs joining us in the 500 miles challenge, to raise money for their local children’s charities as well as TACC.
