The Tartan Army Children’s Charity is run on a voluntary basis and has come from, and belongs to, our supporters . In all we do we try and represent the very best of Scottish values. None of what we do would be possible without the fantastic support and generosity we receive from you.

We are delighted to launch the TACC Ambassadors project that will allow us to work even closer with our supporters so that together we can go on and do great things for disadvantaged children at home in Scotland and in the countries where the national team play.

Our TACC ambassadors will help the charity connect to, and work with, key sections of our business, supporters and geographical communities. Their experience and expertise in their own community will help drive the charity forward in creating a brighter future for children.

 One of Europe’s biggest selling singer songwriters, has been unveiled as the first Tartan Army Children’s Charity Ambassador.

Jim Hart

Born in Clydebank, and old enough to qualify unreservedly to be a member of the Bus Pass Tartan Army. Jim Hart is a retired geologist who spent several years in Zambia mining for copper before returning to look for “black gold” in the North Sea and elsewhere.
